It took our skittish cat about a week and a half to fully transition from his box, at which point we removed it completely and haven’t looked back. It’s extremely easy to use and convenient for a household with children. It also prevent our dog from snatching quick snacks when we’re not looking. In our short time of ownership, it appears to be totally worth the investment.

Only had it for a week so I can’t speak to long-term durability, but so far the cats love it. They immediately recognized it as their poop spot (that’s gonna be dependent on your cats of course) and seem to enjoy watching it empty. They’ll even hang around after doing their business to watch. No bad odor that I’ve noticed yet. The app works great. No complaints thus far.

This has been by far one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The design and thought put into this always amazes me. It’s super easy to use and clean even you need to.

When it works smoothly it's great, but the machine and the ap can be pretty glitchy and figuring out which litter works best for this device and your cat's habits is quite complicated. I don't think we've gone more than a couple weeks without some random light blinking error and/or notification, requiring a reset and or manual cycling of the machine. For as much as this cost, it seems like it should operate without so much intervention. As to the litter. My cat pees a lot, so at first we'd have to do an extra cycle every time he peed. Figured out that increasing the time to start the cycle helps, but not every time. Changed to higher clumping litter which helps, but now it tracks more! If we keep just the right amount of litter in there it helps with the tracking, which means we have to be more diligent about keeping the level just right. When it's working its fantastic and does a great job of masking the odors, just wish it was a little more automatic for as much as it costs. This is the only automatic litter box we've owned, and our cat went from indoor-outdoor to apartment living so our expectations may have been high.

The litter box robot is the best purchase I have ever made. It makes caring for cats much easier. The instructions are very clear and simple. It saves time. Now you don't have to worry about your furry friends when we go away somewhere. We have three cats and one robot is enough for everyone. There were problems with training one cat to the new device, but the instructions really helped and now he uses it with pleasure. Previously, other models were purchased from other manufacturers, the quality was not very good and worked intermittently. We wanted to try cheaper options, but they were all returned to the sellers. We settled on the litter 4 and this is the best choice. Many thanks to the manufacturer for such a wonderful device. I definitely recommend purchasing the litter box robot 4.

This was a lifesaver when my partner's cat and mine started living together. It eliminated the pee competitions, both of them had a cleaned litter whenever they needed to use it. Deep cleanings are not easy, but it's been helpful not have to scoop every day.

We weighed this decision for quite a while. I mean, that's a lot to pay for a litter box -right? We have two Maine Coon cats. One is almost 4 feet long and 25 pounds - literally like a medium sized dog. The other is more normal size and stature at 15 pounds. We were afraid they wouldn't fit or would be afraid to use it. Well, we dove right in and removed our old giant pans and put this in its place. They were curious and tried it right away. The cleaning cycle was scary for them, so we set it to 15 minutes after use. That was all it took. We had no issues at all. We love this litter box. We never have to clean the box again. It's been about a month now; and, if we knew it would be like this, we would've bought one a long time ago. LOVE IT!

So far so good my cat has been using it for a few days and I think he likes it a lot. He was at first spooked by it but now he is actually amused by it. I even find him trying to play in it Sometimes. it was an easier adjustment. I took the old litter box away Immediately. I did not follow the directions. The only thing I did differently was take some of the old litter and put it in the robot litter so that he could smell his scent and he used the litter box that same day so mission accomplished. throw that old litter away guys !Cats are smart. They’ll adjust quickly.

The litter-Robot 4 has been a God send. we ended up with 6 cats 2 adults & 4 kittens. I was constantly scooping several times daily, cleaning & changing the litter box every other day. We got the Litter-Robot 4 all I have to do is change out the wast draw every other day. No muss, no fuss. I'll be honest I never thought I'd ever pay so much for a litter system. Now I'm glad I did, it's well worth the money. I did have a small glitch when I first set it up, it would have false interruptions. Once I did the up date it has been working flawlessly. The only problem now is my grey kitten like to get inside when the litter is going back in & ride the carriage back to home position. LOL

Easy to setup and get working. We have two cats, one has taken too it no problem our second cat is being a little finicky but it only been 3 days now so hopefully she will start using soon. I think it’s great but pricey. Saves me from scooping the poo and breathing in the dust.

I’ve been holding off for years in buying this robot for my cats but this year I finally caved in. I would say it’s the best thing that I’ve purchased for my cats. It gave me and my family peace of mind knowing that the cats always have a clean litter box. This robot is really quiet and I barely notice that it’s running. We have 3 cats and we use arm & hammer slide litter for this and it’s been amazing. I love how I can monitor my cats’ weight and also if they’ve been using the litter box at all. Hands down 10/10 would recommend specially to those that have busy schedules. we empty the tray every 1-2 weeks with 3 cats! And only have to buy 1 box of litter every month or month and a half. Saved me some money that’s for sure.

I was looking for something to help keep my kitty happy while I had to take quick trips. This did the trick! She took about 3 days to acclimate from her old box to the Robot. There is also no smell! So far it has been worth every penny!

This litter robot has changed my life. I know longer come home and smell the litter, i dont have to scoop it, and its so simple! My cars adapted quickly, i have 3 cars all ranging from 3 months to 2 years old. Also, fun fact i actually know how much they weigh now since the litter robot weighs them! I love it. Best investment.

So far so good! One cat came around a little slower but they both use it now no problem. He did think it was a bed at first lol

Had a Litter Robot 3, and upgraded to the new one. The app is very convenient for tracking the activities of my multiple cats. No scoop troop forever!

It's been a few weeks and it's still a nice surprise that I don't have to scoop the poop each day! The robot is super quiet. The app is cool. What we didn't know is that it does an automatic cycle once you plug it in, so our cats were freaked out by the motion. Especially the younger of the two. He actually took a couple of days to come around (even peed on the bed once to avoid the scary robot) but he's finally able to use it without taking 45 years to get in. It was a small adjustment period but I think they both love that it's clean each time they get in. Altogether super happy with my purchase.

This litter box is a game changer. We have four rescue cats (love them) and it lets us live our lives while keeping their tushies clean. This keeps the house clean and the smell down. It senses the kittens (they are fascinated by it) so it’s safe. Totally worth the money!

Best litter robot yet! More room and extremely quiet! Best thing I have bought all year, worth every penny. It handles all the litter for my 4 cats!!

Lifesaving device for me at this point of my life. I had ACL & meniscal repair surgery 7/8/24 & now dependent on crutches for 6 weeks of rehab. My cat is a hairless breed (Canadian Sphynx) so he’s hypermetabolic (pees a lot bc of the higher body temp/lack of hair). Noting this, he likes to go on the entrance side of the device. This results in wet litter accumulating on the walls when going through cycles. Reflecting on the fact that clay litter required is light in color, i wish i would have went with the white option. I’m constantly wiping down the black to remove the spots of litter. I also purchased steps but they occupy way too much space in my apartment so I ditched them, also bc of the attracting clay litter

Have 4 cats , with traditional liter box , had to scoop am & pm . Now this product is a total game changer ! Love it ! Amen !
