I bought the wrong one, I wanted a police scanner but I'm a bit ignorant as to the frequencies they use and unfortunately I cannot pick up emergency services on this so I don't really use it. But it's got a lot of features, they work, the volume gets loud, it arrived in good condition, has a cord to plug it in. Too bad I bought the wrong one too cuz this thing sure does have a lot of bells and whistles. I can only imagine how cool the better one is that I need to listen to emergency frequencies. Unfortunately my bro has some heavy things going on and instead of return this one to buy the one I need, I'm spending my money on groceries for him cuz he can't even afford a phone, paying for his attorney even though it's me he beat with a wrench. He has no spare tire, I'm getting him a tire instead of returning this thing in the allotted time frame. Him staying out of AG prison is more important to me than me having a super cool police scanner. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
