Not for faint at heart

Returned it as ease of use & web dowloads are not easy and require subscriptions. I personally do not know of the scanner and cannot rate it but he being scanner user said its a big no.

Need to know how to program

Nearly every channel is encrypted these days. You can't use this radio scanner with a 50-foot antenna! If all you want to find is a small cheap weather channel, you 'might' have luck. Everything else today is encrypted. Wasted money.
