The unit would be better if it came with a basic program, say for one county. Having to but two more sets of software is good for advanced scanning but it should not be necessary to listen to basics.

Very pleased with this product and the quality speedy delivery of this scanner delivery to my home. Best Buy kept me updated by email tracking my package up to the time it arrived and after it arrived to make sure I' had it in my possession. "
