No better way to monitor the ongoing neglect I put my body through. The Whoop offers hope and knowledge. We’re all through darts blindly at a wall to try and understand what inputs help us live better. Whoop allows you to track all that you do, including the positive input and the negative. Incredible device, love hate relationship with what it tells me.

I would say the biggest barrier initially is actually getting the device on. The clip is on super tightly, I ended up using a tweezer edge to pry it open. After the first time, it became easier to open/close and adjust. Packaging and how to download app are good.
