    I love how much information my whoop band is gathering .This is absolutely more than I expected . I am definitely getting better workouts knowing that how much recovery I have por day . The stress factor and how much deep sleeping I am getting daily is another important feedback for my individual goals . I wish I had gotten it earlier but since now I have it , I am looking forward to seeing my gains as an athlete since I have more information about myself .
