I really wanted to to step away from the Fitbit. Glad i did. This Whoop Peak is comfortable and Im not able to obsess over checking it while in a workout. Live the battery charging as i dont have to take off to charge! Great product so far!

I’ve been using the Whoop Life for a few weeks now and it’s completely changed how I approach my workouts, sleep, and recovery. The app gives super detailed breakdowns of my heart rate, strain, and sleep cycles, and the recovery score helps me know when to push and when to rest. It’s really motivated me to improve my sleep habits too. The band is super lightweight and comfortable — I barely notice it’s there. If you’re serious about fitness or just want to be more mindful of your health, this is 100% worth it.

WHOOP is the most accurate fitness and recovery tracker I’ve used. The recovery score helps me know exactly how hard to train, and the sleep tracking is insanely detailed. It doesn’t have a screen, but that keeps it distraction-free and focused on performance. If you want real insight into your body, WHOOP is worth it.

Not only does it recommend how much rest you need but also manages your stress levels throughout the day along with your recovery. Very comfortable to wear, I have recommended WHOOP to all my friends and family, they all love it!

I find this device to be extremely accurate and the app is great to use to gain insight. Only reason that I did not give a 5 star, is that I needed this to check heart readings and the ECG function does not always work, id say less than 50% of the time. so that is frustrating.

I have been tracking my health with different devices long time ago. This was a step forward. I have tried kickstarter alternatives with one time payment and no subscription, they were not good. The amount of time dedicated for improving the UI constantly on this device is great. I know after going through those other devices. You can only imagine all the servers that have to be running to maintain this. PD I dont work at whoop haha but wow!

Very comfortable. Love that I don’t have to take it off to charge like my watch. So I can sleep in it so I can use the sleep monitoring. Wish it had small screen to show the time.

Great battery life, Heart Rate tracking is great, love how it prompts and motivates you, blood pressure accurate so far and Whoop Age is very interesting.

I’ve been really impressed with WHOOP so far. It helps me track my vitals on a regular basis without any extra effort, which has made me much more aware of my overall health and recovery. One of my favorite features is the wireless charging—I don’t have to worry about taking it off or constantly remembering to charge it. The Life subscription has been especially valuable, giving me access to blood pressure tracking and other very useful health insights that feel genuinely actionable. Overall, it’s been a seamless and motivating addition to my daily routine.

I love it. I have Oura ring too. This one works better for lifting.

Received Whoop from my kids from Christmas - it was the entry level version of the whoop device. I went to BB to review the upgraded version and spoke to a rep and they explained the difference of each device. Been wearing it for over a month and love it and managing my health!!
