It was challenging at first condition the unit. Not sure how much water to put on the wood. All good now, but the humidity gauge is not accurate.

I have a Dallas Cowboy woman's cave in my basement I placed a Dallas Cowboy sticker on the front of the humidor. Everybody asked me what did I get that cowboy humidor from. I said I got it from Best Buy and I put the sticker on it. It looks good

I was out of town on business travel to come home to a malfunctioned unit that was running at a temp greater than 99 degrees for at least five days. I am fortunate that it did not burn up while I was away. I stored my rare and most special cigars in this unit now I am trying to determine if they can be saved or if they are ruined.

In summary, everything these days is made with an expiration date, and I guess this humidor is no different. But hey, for the price 4 years and 9 months isn’t bad. When it was working, it was fantastic for my cigars. No issues. And while I’m disappointed this thing is no more, I would actually purchase again. It maintained temp and humidity quite well, and had tons of space. If you want something to last longer then 4-5 years, you’re going to pay up.

After 25 years of buying, enjoying and collecting, I humbly acknowledge that technology has caught up to the fine art of enjoying cigars.Looks great and works wonders. What I used to have to smoke in 2 weeks can now keep for months. Most impressed.
