Runs properly but arrived with a damaged basket, which makes it less useful. Need this unit urgently to stock frozen food. company will not replace damaged basket.

Returned to local Best Buy and ordered a replacement. All good with the replacement. Great help both in store and on the phone. Price match was easy too.

Defrosting a freezer is so foreign it didn’t even occur to me to check. Other that that it works great. I plugged it in and it was ready to use within 2-3 hours
