Great humidor

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Will have to buy a couple separate calibrated hygrometers, as the humidor 1 isn't really accurate. The water tray only takes a little splash of water to hold the humidity. Humidor does a good job pumping out the moisture. The cooler works fine, but if you store the humidor in a cold basement, you'll never hold enough heat to get where it needs to be. This machine has no heater, only cooler. Overall satisfied.

Temp range fluctuates more than 3 degrees almost every hour, the humidifier is a joke and just sprays. Temp was set to 64, reads 61 on display but lab grade thermometer states 63s humidity set to 65 and jumps above 72, up and down up and down all day long. Would most likely harm a collection after several months. I own two Needone humidors with a combined price still less than the cost of one whynter and they work flawlessly….. again, don’t waste your money, just find a different company that makes consistent quality and more affordable products. Also just a side note, shipping was close to two weeks beyond what bestbuy claimed it would be, probably not bestbuy’s fault beyond just their choice in shipping partner.

Better than expected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Packaged very well. Only took two days to season with Boveda packs and distilled water. Holding temperature and humidity very nicely. Added additional water after 3 weeks and still working like a charm. Great product!
