This is a beast and cools even large rooms. Works great, although it's a bit large.

Keeps my main bedroom cold and it's not to loud, does it's job

This portable unit is ideal. I like that it takes in and lets out the air simultaneously. I can cool two rooms and a hallway if its not super hot outside. The only unexpected tool i needed was a drip pan to catch the condensation buildup. Satisfied with my purchase.

We bought this portable a/c to cool our ~450'sq apt in Portland, Oregon based on what Consumer Reports and other reviewers said about it. Best buy was quick & effective at performing a price match, and I received the unit even earlier than expected. It's been a total lifesaver & I'm using it right now!!

Does the job for me - bedroom use with air conditioning on hot nights and fan on moderate nights. Fit my expectations (ie I did not expect this mobile fan to act like central air conditioning so am happy with it). Cools down the room fairly quickly. Have not yet found the tube to get warm like other reviewers.

This unit will cool your room very fast compared to single hose units. And you don’t get that negative pressure feeling. Only issue I had was with the window installation part. Had to saw off a good 3 inches to make it fit my window.

Owned this for 4 weeks and even though we haven't had real hot weather I am very pleased with cooling ability. Haven't tried all the features, such as the different settings and using the remote because the basic cooling is all I've needed. we've been cooling about 450 sq. feet

The water reserve has already filled up and stopped the machine and I had to disconnect it and take it outside to drain as am unable to find a drain hose for either the upper or lower drains. Went to the on line places that it suggested and they are sold out of the products. Have ask how long before they would get them back in and have not hear back from them yet. If it is going to built up water than it should just come with the drain hose the other brand that I bought did come with the drain hose

Works well in Vegas. Very dry here, so I don't have to worry about condensation. Keeps a large bedroom ice-cold at night, even when it's above 100 outside.

It doesn't get cold like I thought it would. It will cool a small area.

Works well. Not too noisy. I’d give it 5 stars but I don’t like that the fan runs continuously even when the AC compressor is idle. That’ll use more electricity. I have a ceiling fan. I don’t need the AC fan always On.

We use this in our living room and it cools it down very quickly. The dual hose feature is a nice improvement over single hose units we have had in the past. Highly recommend this

received quickly works well so far. looks nice, 12,000 btu. double house . simple hook up . works efficiently. i’m using in a 10x10 room and works great for me

This is a really good portable. I have another brand that is not as good as this. Gives off a lot of cool air. Definitely recommend.

Great piece of machine! Helped a lot during the hot summer. Although the electricity bill rose- probably my only concern. Oh- also- the need to drain of excess moisture in the air can be a bit of a pain if you don't have it automatically drained.

I purchase this for a family member because the main central air was not cooling the room sufficiently. This was a nice added bonus that worked just fine.
