Unfortunately, it takes a lot of time to cool down a medium size room. It is also moderately loud which is a problem because I have it set up in my family room. We have to turn the tv volume up in order to try and drown out the noise. Very disappointed in this product!!!

When you finally figure it out it's ok. If you thinking of buying this make sure you buy the drainage pipe. It makes it somewhat easier
