Love that the temperature setting goes down to 61°. One downfall there are 2 condensation reservoirs that have to be drained frequently.

This air conditioner is very efficient and very easy to use. Additionally, for its size and power, it is pretty quiet. It cools the small bedroom it is used in quickly and keeps it that way!!

Easy installation, easy to use, quite. Gets very cold. Overall an awesome portable A/C unit.

It cools great and is quieter than most. I just wish it would not build up so much condensation on the top.

After carefully reading the pros and cons of many different PAC's. I choose this one because it seemed the most bang for the buck. But after having it for over a month I ended up returning it because of poor craftsmenship and it didn't perform as advertised. The unit was louder than what was expected and leaked which I didn't notice until I went to return it. I was checking the filter and noticed that a good portion of the fins facing me on the radiator were crushed. I don't know why this unit was not rejected during the QC process at the factory. Because this unit is no longer sold on Best Buys website, I am now having to spend a hundred dollars more to get an equivalent PAC. I was willing to exchange the unit out because it basically did its job and give it the benefit of the doubt that the next unit would not be damaged and I really didn't want to spend more than I had too.

I did a lot of research between portable air conditioners and wall units. I decided on this one due to its dual exhaust feature and I have to say that this works very good. I can switch between ac to fan easily and the fan by itself works well. Would recommend this.

It's energy efficient, it's not excessively loud and cools quick. Only cools open spaces and doesn't cool around corners even if it's a small area where the a/c is at.

Works great! We have a tiny bedroom and this gets the entire room cold in 5-10 minutes. We live in socal and don't have central air. I also love the sound it makes, I need noise to sleep. We've had it for about a month now and use it every night.

Easy to install. Quiet, and works better than expected!

The portable AC unit works like a charm. After I added a 20amp dedicated line it works even better! Easy to set up the window exhaust system is a bit flimsy, but works need to use some tape and insulation to make a better seal.

I bought this for my mom whose swamp cooling was't cooling off her bedroom but unfortunately it was too strong for her electric sockets. It kept shorting out the electricity through the whole house which is not a big place so I do not recommend this for a bedroom alone. Better suited for a living room area or bigger space

It works great in a family room !! It gets cold and is easy to put together. It is a little heavy so it stays stationary in my house.

The window panel for the removal of the hot ait is to small, when I called Whynter they said that about 50% of the products have to have the panels modified manual to fit a window.

definatly an amazing a/c and very quiet. and also compact.

This is a great portable A/C for the price. Cools off my son room in an hour.
