Unfortunately, after hauling it upstairs, and removing the packing tape, I discovered that the front panel had been damaged. I had already installed the window panel, which was fairly easy. I tried it out that night and discovered that the blower made a low howling noise that awoke me when it cycled on and off. I did not request a replacement and just returned the unit for credit. I don't believe the noise was created by the shipping damage.

Trash found in fan housing from factory

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Turned it on for the first time and there was a rattle coming from main Ac fan, this unit is not easy to pull apart especially the main ac circulator fan and needed to to be completely taken apart to pull the plastic casing around the fan. There I found a thumb sized plastic scrap in side the cage fan and because of very poor engineering, I would never buy another anything from this company ever never so disappointed with their quality assurance the units shipped would be okay
