Don’t buy from Best Buy, this states it comes with digital code, it does not! Best Buy employee didn’t allow me to return even though it was unopened. I told her to open it and check for code. Her manager came and opened, no code inside. The picture on the website shows digital code, as does the title, but the actual item differs. Such a scam. Of about 150 titles purchased, 16 had no code.

Online when i bought the movie it said digital included received the movie today and the packaging didnt say includes digital . I open thed box and no digital code. I am very disappointed. Best Buy you are slipping.

Best Buy delivered the 4K Ultra HD version not the 4K Ultra HD + Blu Ray + Digital CODE version.

I purchased the movie under the impression of getting the code as well, but I came to find out the digital code has expired and I reached out to wb and they said they wont renew or give me a new one because its not based on the sale but of the release so if you plan on buying this or other wb movies be warned that the codes are most likely expired. I found out when i came back to the store and asked about an exchange and saw the next copy had the exact same issue. The same happened with Mortal Kombat and a Clockwork Orange.

This review is not based on the movie but rather the fact that what I purchased was not what I received. This was supposed to be 4K + BluRay + Digital Copy….what I received was missing the digital copy. Not the first time this has happened. I have had to return several items that was not what was ordered. Do a better job…if you don’t have what I ordered then don’t ship it…just refund my money and save me a trip to the store.

The movie is advertised to come with a digital copy and does not. This is false advertising. Customer service also wont accept the return as its been taken out of shrink wrap. But seeing as the code would have been inside there was no way of knowing without opening it...

I purchased this specifically because it said digital code was included. No digital code slip was included and digital copy was not mentioned on the packaging.

We purchased for the digital code. We just purchased it today and the digital code expired in June 2023. Buyer beware!

Love the movie but was highly disappointed to find when I opened the case the digital copy had already expired some months before and when I contacted WB they basically said sorry it happens.

Purchased the 4k copy with digital copy when i opened it it wasnt there. Contacted best buy support and they said it would be in my digital library but its not. Nver got my digital copy.

Mine did not come with a digital copy even though it says in the description it does. It came with the blu ray and 4K Blu-ray but no code for digital copy.

Disappointed!!!! They didn't put the code for redeeming digital copy inside the the case so I can't redeem this movie

The digital code had expired and was not valid. Shouldnt be selling this with digitial code that has expired.

Great movie, but I still don’t have it because Best Buy uses USPS which is the slowest shipping. Should of had it on release day but got mis-routed and they are taking there time to correct the issue. Not happy at all and have to fight with reps to get compensated for it being late.

Best buy don't usally takes back open movies and I don't think this fear to customers because in my case,I open the movie and now might not get another one,and I love this movie and wanted my kids to see this movie and they were disappointed

I was going to give this Blu-ray as a gift for Xmas but Best Buy store gave me a dented dvd case when I picked it up curbside.

The digital copy only works on movies anywhere not Vudu

The Website described this particular DVD version as being the 2-disc Anniversary Edition. It wasn't. Only had a single disc.

Sorry to say did not get this movie. Was sent the wrong movie.

Digital code was missing. There was no slip inside the covers that had the digital code.
