This ball doesn't only make you look like a fool trying to spin it repeatedly to get it to connect, once you do get it connected, it works correctly about 5% of the time. I had to use my Bluetooth headphones to get it to connect (which is odd, because it says in the help section not to use Bluetooth headphones as it may interrupt connection). I have tried setting the phone in multiple locations (different heights, angles, etc.), I have tried shooting from different spots, spinning the ball before each shot... no customer support or troubleshooting info anywhere. Absolutely hate this ball, and may never trust Wilson again. I should have listened to Tom Hanks.

I've seen other bluetooth basketballs before that tracked ball flight and other aspects of playing to help improve your game. But this one only tracks bounces and time. Pretty useless bluetooth functions.
