great unit like the performance and quietness of it

Nice, simple unit. It's quiet. I sleep with my head about two feet from it, and the sound doesn't bother me at all. I like that I can easily take it in and out of the window without damaging the heat fins in the back. It has an elegant but rugged design. I'm hoping this lasts for many years. The app is simple and easy to use. I like how it shows you in realtime how much electricity it is using.

Love this for the bedroom! Quiet compared to traditional window a/c units and much more aesthetically pleasing.

The cooling power is just right for a small space like a bedroom or office. I noticed it quickly brought the temperature down in my 200 sq. ft. room, and the upward airflow design makes the room feel evenly cooled. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for larger spaces since it might struggle to keep up.

I can confirm that this unit is quiet, stylish, and packs a punch! It definitely saves me from the heat this past summer.

It was working well to cool my room until there was a power outage and it refused to turn on anymore, but luckily I got the warranty. I liked it because it’s pretty and easy to use but I think I’d upgrade it next time.

Great AC, looks great! The only reason for taking down a star, is that it is not as quiet as I was hoping for. I would say the Midea u-shaped AC is better for those sensitive to noise while sleeping. However this was much easier to install and did not require a ton of steps.

It’s quiet and we like that. It says there’s a timer but I have yet to find it. Nothing on the remote and nothing on the unit itself or the App. That is frustrating!! I have to set a timer to remember when to turn it on.

I like the look, it does get cold fast sometimes too cold. The specs say it has a sleep timer, but it seems they forgot to add it.

I love that I can control the AC through my phone and set up automations for the AC in each room. It’s easy to set up each window unit, and it only took up 20 minutes to set up 3 units! Windmill AC is also very quiet and energy efficient, so far we really enjoy Windmill air conditioner.

I researched quite a few acs before settling on this one. so far, so good. no problem installation and setup. I've been telling friends about the remote functions ,especially the setup on my iPhone. Cool.

Super Easy to Use! I enjoy the app very much. Able to adjust and set schedules on when you would like the A/C to run and set temps from anywhere. Great concept and ideas! Keep it up.

Very quiet and runs great keep my 250 square foot office space very cool and comfortable. Very energy efficient the app that come with it shows you how much wattage you are using.

Great design and look but does not get cold quickly enough.

So far so good! This ac has made my son’s room much cooler. He is a happy teenager which me a happier mom!

While the item I purchased functions as described, I was not satisfied with it due to the inability to adjust the airflow direction. I decided to return it, and my online Best Buy account still showed that I was eligible to return the product either in-store or by mail. However, when I visited the store, the employees initially refused to accept the return, claiming that the return period had ended. Only after I mentioned that I would call Best Buy customer service to clarify the return policy did they ask me to hang up and finally proceed with the return. Additionally, I was very disappointed by the attitude of one of the employees, who told me, “We will close after 30 minutes,” in a dismissive tone when I insisted on calling customer service to resolve the issue. This kind of behaviour is not what I expect from a company known for customer satisfaction.
