So far so good! This ac has made my son’s room much cooler. He is a happy teenager which me a happier mom!

It cools, and I've been able to work around sime quirks. But the app "room temperature" always says 64 degrees (which is never right) and it's hard to set a temperature because the thermostat really isn't accurate.

Great design and look but does not get cold quickly enough.

While the item I purchased functions as described, I was not satisfied with it due to the inability to adjust the airflow direction. I decided to return it, and my online Best Buy account still showed that I was eligible to return the product either in-store or by mail. However, when I visited the store, the employees initially refused to accept the return, claiming that the return period had ended. Only after I mentioned that I would call Best Buy customer service to clarify the return policy did they ask me to hang up and finally proceed with the return. Additionally, I was very disappointed by the attitude of one of the employees, who told me, “We will close after 30 minutes,” in a dismissive tone when I insisted on calling customer service to resolve the issue. This kind of behaviour is not what I expect from a company known for customer satisfaction.

I wanted to like this AC, especially because of the good reviews and being sleek/modern/with an app. However, the AC is not that strong. My room is smaller than the max capacity for a 6000 BTU AC and I sealed the window more to see if that's the issue, but it takes a while for the room to get cold. Also, its a little disappointing that it doesn't have a timer unless you set it up with Alexa.

I am so glad we decided to buy this AC. It works great and my electric bill hasn’t gone through the roof.

Awful!!!! Do not buy. It is silent but it does not work either. It does not cool the room even on days where the temperature is not extreme.

This AC is awesome. Setup was super easy—the install kit came pre-assembled, so I didn’t have to mess around with a million parts. It actually looks good too, way sleeker than any other window unit I’ve had. Cools the room quickly and evenly (the upward airflow thing is legit), and it’s nice and quiet. The app control is a big plus—love being able to turn it on before I get home. Also cool that it’s more energy efficient and uses cleaner refrigerant. Overall, just a smart, well-designed AC. Totally recommend.

worked great for 10 days then stopped.. just stopped..so we returned it,,bah got another brand..thx BB for making it so easy, the service people were Great ! shopping there is a pleasure !!

Air vents blows the cool air up and makes the air not flow well. Maybe good for smaller room but i would not recommended. Have had it on for 5 hours on highest setting and rooms still around 80° F

I have this installed in an 8x8 room, and it's literally doing nothing to keep it cool. I would return it in a heartbeat if I didn't throw away the packaging.

Loud, not quiet at all. Does not cool down the room despite being on full blast. Wish I could leave 0 stars and have my 10 year old AC back.

Unit functions ok. Design is bad for windows with curtains. If u don’t have curtains it might be ok. I’m used to units that blow out front side not top

This does not keep my room cold at all! I have no idea why. I keep it on all night when sleeping and it's still colder on my main floor then my bedroom. I can't return it, it's too late and I have no packaging left. Pretty disappointed that I spent this much on a crappy product and I will be sleeping hot for the summer.

I love this AC unit compared to all others I've had in the past! It's quiet and cools the room quickly. Looks really elegant & is easy to install, but the best part is the app... can turn it on an hour before I go to sleep so the room's the perfect temp by the time I get in bed. 10/10 recommend.

I got the inverter one too and wow this one is even cuter and smaller. It actually makes my room look good. Love that the lights fade at night. I even found out you can turn off the power light by holding down “Mode” so it operates without lights completely. Very cool

Easy install, nice looking all around. Works solid. Keeps the room cool and circulates the air really well.

I can't believe I survived summers in the past with other AC units. This one is so much better than what else is out there (in my experience) plus it looks nice in my home. Happy I made the purchase!
