    This air conditioner installed easily and looked nice. However it had a very loud vibration noise. I had spent the extra money specifically because I wanted something quiet, This was not only loud but annoying, so I returned it.

    I was very excited to get this a/c. Nicely looking, not loudly working, but...its not doing the actual work, which is cooling down the house. I got LG 14BTU a/c for my living room and it is doing its job perfectly. At the 73°F room is cold. With this air conditioner in by bedroom, which is much smaller than living room, I am always keep it at 60°F but it's not enough, we are still not feeling a cold. I believe that something is wrong with this particular piece and really hope that it will be resolved. Right now 3 stars for cool, slick design only.

    Perfect AC. It’s super quiet, and gets the room fast instantly!! Best AC purchase I’ve made. Looking forward to battle this heat for the next few years with it.

    Quietest large AC I have ever owned. Easy to turn on an off even when out of the house! I’d buy it again for sure

    It never goes on sleep mode while on the ECO setting. Even if it reaches the set temperature. It is a feature apparently of the new Whispertech model. It constantly runs BE AWARE. I confirmed that with the company as I thought I had a faulty device. Greatly dissapointed to spent all this money for an AC without a proper ECO mode setting.

    Bought this unit in May of 2024....it worked for about 2 months before showing it broke, showing a code that wasn't recognized on the product website. Since it was outside of the ridiculous BEST BUY 15 day return window, and the manufacturer has been unhelpful....looks like I've got a $450 boat anchor. Junk. BTW...it wasn't that quiet, nor did it cool well when it did work. Don't waste your money.
