Winegard may have a good product, it doesn’t matter when their customer service stinks. It can take days to get a call back, if you are one of the few who do, count on a rude, curt, and nasty voice. I don’t blame the people. They have to put up with a largely arrogant management. I prefer to do business with a company that understands customer service, supports their public facing people, and ensures they’re doing what it takes to provide customer satisfaction...Winegard doesn’t understand or value any of those things in my opinion.
