I have a gas heat in my house & things get a little dusty, so I bought this small air purifier for my bedroom. I turn it on a few hours before going to bed. The air seems cleaner & I do breathe easier so it serves the purpose for which I purchased it. I like it but I one criticism: the On/Off Button is not illuminated. If fact, none of the buttons are though parts of the panel are. That aside, it is a good machine.

I bought this pre Covid crisis for my grandfather who already has troubles breathing. We set it up in less than 5 minutes and with the push of one button, the system started purifying the air. The auto-function auto-senses air quality and adjusts fan speed accordingly. Ive been quarantined away from Gpa over a week now but he swears his breathing is great and hes NOT been coughing! Thanks winix for keeping my loved ones air clean in this scary time!

I'm pleased with the Winix Air Purifier so far. I had no difficulty setting it up, and the unit functions as expected. I keep it in my bedroom because I have cats and allergies (not a good combination). It seems to help. Several people have mentioned that it reduces odors. I haven't noticed that so I'm not sure. The filters they provide will last for one year. One filter needs to be changed yearly (they provide 1 of these), and the other filter needs to be changed every 3 months (they provide 4). The unit supposedly will tell me when I need to change the filter. Filter replacement costs are reasonable. The noise from the unit is minimal. I detect a slight breeze from the unit when it's operating on high. Overall, I'm pleased at the Best Buy price point. No complaints or problems.

I've been very pleased. We have 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 4 people; that's a lot of dust production. I've not been shocked by the amount of particles in the filter, just kind of worried we went so long without an air filter. Vast improvement.

Seems to do the job. Eliminates moldy odor. Quiet operation. Easy to setup and use. Only complaint is that it won't turn off night mode in the morning so I have to power down machine and then turn back on to get back to auto setting.

This thing is awesome, I have 4 dogs, 3 of which are large and 1 small dog. My room is clear of dandruff so long as a sweep it every other day. Before I would have dust and hair everywhere. Vaccume the filter for a longer last. It's a cleaning buddy not a robot.

We got 2 for an 800 sq ft barber shop. We added 4 dryer sheets to the outside charcoal filter (inside the micro screen and lysol) as an easy disposable filter we change weekly then blow out the regular filters by weekly hopefully to extend the life of the main paper filter. You can tell a difference in the quality of the air and dust hair ect. We are pleased.

This works great. I have had oscillating purifiers before and this is so much quieter! I can't even hear it! It helps so much with stinky cooking smells like bacon and frying. I also have two dogs. If you want a fresh smelling house this is a must have. You can't even tell I have dogs or cook in this house!

I’ve had different air purifiers over the years and this one is the best to date. The air flow is amazing and the fan is very quiet on the first three speeds. The highest setting is a bit loud but the unit will clear the air of cooking smells quickly. Auto feature is nice but I usually just leave it on a steady speed. I’ve already recommended this to family members that have allergies and pets. Great purchase.

Keeps my room dust free for longer than without it. Gets rid of any odors quickly. It has a nice circulation of air and it’s pretty quiet. I use it in my daughters room because she has severe allergies to dust. It helps her a lot without us having to give her medications. All those things considered, I’d highly recommend.

Very easy to use. Plug in and turn on. This is the same unit used by my wife's school district in every classroom since COVID, so it might have been verified as a good filter but it is not warranted as a medical device so don't rely on it as a safeguard, just as a good air cleaner for dust particles, which is how it is advertised.

It's been a month since purchasing this product and I must admit, I am pleased. It is quiet, inconspicuous, efficient, plus it works as designed. It's positioned in a space that is a little more than 500 sq ft and it works just fine. When there is a lot going on in the space, you can see the purifier lights going through the various colors handling business, lol! I recommend this purchase!

It’s such an easy product to use. I love that you can just leave it on for up to 8 hours and it purifies the air. You can see it turn from red to blue, which I’m assuming it’s doing its job! Will need to purchase one for upstairs!

I research this product online before I purchased it and all of the reviews were amazing. And I have to agree that it is an amazing unit. You can tell the quality of air that you have whenever you have this unit. It works it’s silent it is energy efficient and it even let you know when you have to change the filter it’s a must have

Nice unit for the money. Quiet fan for sleeping room when in Low position. Even in larger room(s) on High it’s not that bad running all day. Says it clears over 300 sf, but I put it in the middle of my open concept style house and seems to keep that 1000 sf cooking, dog dust/odor free or at least, a bit better than nothing. The blue and white lights need to be covered with black electrical tape during the night because it’s very bright and lights up the bedroom. Changing the filters is easy, having so far only cleaning the pre-screen mesh [pre-filter] shows this unit is picking up some dust and particles low to the floor, good for pet dander. Only had this unit for a month and seems to helped with my allergies, not a miracle worker but I found some satisfaction using it so far. Having an older forced air furnace - the worst of all heating and cooling systems, dust circulation is a big problem and dust bunnies are a constant battle - if one has pets and all wood floors. I think if it weren’t for my forced air heat, this unit might rate better for being a portable air cleaning unit.

I ordered this product because of my seasonal allergies. So far I can't say if I feel any different regarding my allergies, however, I do feel the air at home much fresher. Product is very helpful against odors. I probably need more time to fully appreciate it.
