I dont think it did as described. It was more like a fan and cooled the room with the furnace running which made the furnace run more. It does use alot of electricity and if the blue like gets something on it, it then smells and smokes. I didnt trust that it wouldnt catch on fire. So i retired it. I wouldnt recommend it.

We love this air purifier! It is whisper quiet and does an excellent job. I don't use the PlasmaWave feature often, but I like that it produces both positive and negative ions. I am very happy that no ozone is produced.

Have had it for nearly 3 weeks and I’m amazed at the difference. We would always see millions of dust particles in the air when the sunlight would shine through the window. Not any more. It’s great.

I usually wake up with itchy eyes and a stuffy nose. Since I have purchased this air purifier, my breathing, eyes, and stuffy nose have all tremendously improved. Sometimes I forget it's on since all the electronics dim automatically when the lights are off. Superb product!

We have 4 air purifiers and this one is the better one of those four we have. Winix is very quiet when it is operating and also it looks very handsome.

I quite enjoy this air purifier. I think it works quite well. I especially like the auto feature as well as the Bi-filters.

I've had this for a couple of months and I can smell the difference. At night the air purifier would change to night mode and still work without any loud sounds. I'm a very, very light sleeper and I was able to sleep peacefully while it did its job.

Super quiet in sleep mode and quiet overall. Definitely kicks into a higher gear if a smell makes its way to it. For the first weeks there was a weird, almost chemical odor, coming from the “purified” air. Do note that replacement filters look to be pricey.

Love to just move it around so it can catch all the sust particles in my room

We’ve been using this about 2 weeks now. It handles pet odors very well. It’s quiet, I’ve had to look to make sure it’s running and it is! Very pleased with this purchase.
