Great for tracking all the important health statistics.

Complicated to program, takes a bit of time to Do it right. Still does not do what is suppose to do. Have read all instructions on the web site, but no luck. Expensive for just weight being displayed.

Great scale. Love the detailed information it gives you.

This scale was a terrible waste of money. I spent weeks researching (my ocd requires it) and only spent $150 on a scale like this for the heart health info. (heart rate, vascular age info) I've been using it almost 3 months now and the heart rate measurement hasn't been accurate yet, can't even get a vascular age reading at all. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps, spent hours on hours googling trying to find out what I could possibly be doing wrong and now realize it's not me at all. This scale is complete garbage. The weight measurement isn't even accurate. My daughter spent $20 on her Renpho scale on Amazon and it's 10 times the scale this is at $150

The unit I got was never able to read my weight. It seemed to indicate that I was leaning to my right side. No matter how I shifted my weight it would always say that I was leaning to my right side. I did the following... 1. Updated firmware. 2. Tried different surfaces, waiting 10 seconds before trying to weigh myself as recommended. 3. Had other people try it. 4. Reset it to factory defaults. I just ended up returning it.

After a few months, it constantly has issues with reading heart rate.

The scale and the App seem to me like they are both less than worthless. I don’t even know how that’s possible.

Love it, makes it easy to record daily readings for weight bmi heart rate ,it does it for you, yea!

We had for a couple years and loved this scale. Wifi works great for automatically syncing and I like the withings brand generally. Had to charge occasionally but not a big deal. Then we dropped/spilled a b bottle of water on it and now it won't turn on. Apparently its a known issue that its not water tight which seems odd for an item that would normally be placed in a bathroom.

I enjoyed this scale but the battery went out about 6 months after purchasing and withings said its under warranty but kept running me through the ringer saying I needed to keep chargeing and resetting so they could download data off of it. After weeks of working with them doing everything they asked (scale would only show a broken battery icon and immediately shut off) they still wouldn’t get to the point of replacing or repairing. So I tossed it in the trash and said I’d never buy another. There was an obvious language barrier there. I do have their thermo and blood pressure monitor which are still working well.

Bought this scale a while back now however I only had it for one year and the device will no longer accept a charge. Worst purchase ever; dont wast your money.
