I’ve been using this for almost a year and it’s so nice to see data metrics to help you follow your journey. It takes a bit to get use to how to do body comp but a great scale if you’re a nerd like me

I wanted to love this scale, but it so rarely works correctly. Vascular age has measured 2 times out of 10 attempts or so, and HR barely more than that. Withings support has been unable to solve, I’ve worked through all of their troubleshooting steps, but no change.

Daily six leads ECG test results

I purchased the device for the daily 6 leads ECG test results because I wanted a second opinion on my ECG result. Many years ago my cardiologist doctor read my ECG stress test results as being normal when I was having an issue with angina (main artery was blocked). After that I never felt comfortable with just one opinion

    Incredibly inconsistent body composition readings

Incredibly inconsistent body composition readings. The weight reading is consistent and the ekg function is really cool and works well. However the body composition readings would change by more than 20% day to day even when taken at the same time of the day. To me that means I can’t trust any of the readings and a measurements, but isn’t trustworthy, at least isn’t consistent and accurate to show. Trends is waste of time and worthless. I tried it for almost a month with daily use for me and multiple family members, trying to love it. I want to support innovative development, especially in the health space. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it just isn’t worth my time to use over a standard scale.

I have had the base model withings for awhile and it's getting long in the tooth. I can say that the extra offerings, better screen display of the body scan, are night and day. I have been encouraged by all the tips and have seen my weight go down in the first month. I still have uet to enroll in their exercise subscription, but I am open to doing so in the future.

Inconsistent metrics, constantly have to reset and re-sync to phone. App is frustrating and horrible UI. It will tell you how much you weigh though and it’s a very nice looking scale.

Great product information provided is very useful. Screen is easy to read and bright. Only downside is the surface is hard and it can be hard to stand on for the minute it takes to do it’s thing.

Broken out of the box. Only saves weight and errors out after that. Support is a joke. 3 days and they're still looking into it; which is to say no one has actually looked at the support case yet. Normally I would return and rebuy but it's out of stock so I'll grind through the support process.

Scale is high tech and tracks everything easily on the app. It know who the person is that is getting measured. Buying online and picking up at Best Buy was very convenient.

Had the prior model of Withings scale which was working great, so we gave it to my son. Wanted the body scan features and so far they have not disappointed. Actually bought the Hume to do a side by side comparison. Withings wins.

The Withings Health Mate application loses data and doesn't properly sync from Health Connect in a timely manner. Data from the Body Scan scale either never gets added to the Health Mate app or it gets removed at random times. I have the Health Mate app set to sync data to and from Google's Health Connect but it doesn't appear to read that data often as my exercise, steps, heart rate data is now 6 days old. I've tried various methods to try force updating the data to no avail. If the application were better then I'd absolutely keep the scale but it's near useless if you want to observe trends when data is either incomplete or missing entirely. Check Reddit posts on /r/withings for people experiencing the same issues.
