    Horrible Purchase

This BP monitor is nearly useless.....it worked ok for about two days, and then began failing almost every time. It connects to the iPhone app, the pump runs, it looks like it's measuring in the app, and right at the end it stops with a "Measurement Failed" window, that really tells me nothing, other than to make sure my arm is the right size, that the cuff is on correctly, that I'm sitting quietly, etc. I've checked and re-checked all of these things, yet it fails to record a reading probably 8 out of 10 times. And because of how frustrating this is, the reading it finally DOES record is obviously high! So this device, rather than helping me monitor and control my blood pressure, is actually making it worse! I have my original doctor-supplied BP monitor sitting on the table next to this thing, and I can put that one on and start it, and it will take a reading every single time, not one single failure. Yet, I have to make 5 or more attempts with this Withings unit to get a single reading. I would not recommend this purchase to anyone.

Great product for keeping track of blood pressure, and the app can be linked to the fitbit app to bring health data together.

Works great. I just put the cuff on, load the Withings app, hit the button on the device and BAM! instant reading.

I've bought this monitor for my mom as replacement of regular she has now, Set up took one minute. Measurements are kept in your phone and could be shared with your doctor if you choose to.

Overall Withings software is of very poor quality. Frequent connection errors that say to "try again later." Pairing device took multiple attempts for phone and would never pair with tablet.

After buying this and an Activate watch we struggled mightly to get the blood pressure monitor to connect to our Samsung (Android) phones. When the bluetooth connects to pauses at a "loading" screen which takes forever to complete an frequently fails. I have no idea whether something is being loaded to my phone or the device. In either case after struggling to get the crazy thing connected my blood pressure is sky high from my desire to thrown thing against the wall. Needless to say we are returning our collection of Withings. Nice idea but not ready for prime time.
