The third one does not secure into the watch's latch slot. Though the third one does lock into a Versa 3. Not worth taking back as I have additional 2 working bands.

It tracks your steps, gps integrated for great runs, fat burning zones metrics while working out, reminders to move, etc. This thins has it all. Sleep data and Skin temperature, breathing metrics. Just a great must have if you are into fitness.

First, the watch band broke during the first month. Next, it didn't stay charged (or sync'd) very long at all to my phone and I've had to re-set it five times. I've since discontinued using it as my primary fitness watch in lieu of a Garmin as it just does not seem to cut it.
