Horrible Customer Service!!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My order never arrived. It made it to a FedEx location one state away and there was a label issue. After calling customer service SEVERAL times no one was able to resolve the issue at all. When I called AGAIN I got hung the phone hung up on me TWICE when they were working on my issue. I even went into a store to get some help and SURPRISE! no one could help there either. I have spent a lot of money at this store over the years and this experience has been bad enough to make me never want to shop here again. Hope someone from BestBuy reads this and helps me take care of this issue!

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible packaging just like previous review my order was sent in a brown paper bag. both boxes trashed and all they said is you can bring it in for exchange or refund.... exchange for what? its sold out. Trash company trying to save pennies on shipping costs. What a joke
