Shipping was iffy and box came damaged

NO GALAXY FOILS IN 12 BOOSTERS!

In these I didn’t get one. The probability of that is very low, or these just don’t have the same pull rates as the collector boosters found in a box. Definitely not worth the price.

Horrible Customer Service!!!!

After calling customer service SEVERAL times no one was able to resolve the issue at all. When I called AGAIN I got hung the phone hung up on me TWICE when they were working on my issue. I even went into a store to get some help and SURPRISE! no one could help there either. I have spent a lot of money at this store over the years and this experience has been bad enough to make me never want to shop here again. Hope someone from BestBuy reads this and helps me take care of this issue!

Trash company trying to save pennies on shipping costs. What a joke
