A great bundle for people wanting to learn how to play for the first time.

Bestbuy had this item damaged during shipping. When I took it to my local store, they were adamant that they could not override the system because you can’t return cards. You should have seen the look on the managers face seeing the damage. She told me I had to contact online support because that’s where I got it from and online support gave me no excuses and sent replacement. Bestbuy needs to do a better job during shipping or in cases where you can clearly tell it was damaged they should make things right and give no excuses. No apologies no nothing it was you have to contact online support because I cant override my system. Smh.

Beautiful set of cards. Great decks to use right out the box and for any FF fans.

Showcase are pretty good cards that I decided to put in my 99. However the decks themselves are pretty fun and feel a bit more unique than previous starter packs.

The final fantasy decks are an excellent addition to mtg with interesting and powerful cards to make for fun mtg play.

Never played MtG before, but I had fun learning and playing it with my sibling. I wish there were more FF5 cards, but that's what the booster packs are for, I suppose. As a Magic scrub, the Cloud deck seems a lot more powerful than the Sephiroth one just because of ease-of-use - Cloud has won every single match we've played so far - but it's still fun, and the art is fantastic.

Having Sephiroth and Cloud as legendary creatures is awesome! Honestly, a great deck to use as is, but there are definitely additions that can be made to overpower the deck. I also got the Cloud Strife sleeves to finish up the deck with a nice Final Fantasy touch! Really glad I was able to find them at Best Buy!

Simple and easy to understand for beginners! Also, you can upload decks to arena app for practice.

I’m not a Magic the Gathering player but I do enjoy Final Fantasy Art and these cards are pretty nice to have in the hand. These cards for what I’ve learned are a Premade deck so everyone gets the same cards. Pretty cool artwork.

A great way to get my nephews into MTG! For myself, I’m a fan of the Universes Beyond aspect of the game. Overlapping an IP I like with a game I love is a win. I use one deck as the trainer with the other for my trainee to learn with. Or…a quick game to play while entertaining guests. I think it’s worth a squeeze at the $20 price point!

I'm a sucker for Final Fantasy, so this starter kit was an insta-buy. If you can get it for MSRP, it also has some great cards that can help in multiple deck types. Check the deck list, check the singles pricing, and you'll see that it has some cards that are well-chased in the singles market.
