Terrible Lid

The lid is so difficult to remove that it could be a spilling hazard. The lid also has plastic which touches the water. It came with alternate black and silver knobs to replace the red one. It doesn’t over heat the water. If you lift it off the base and return it, the keep warm feature automatically resumes. Pours well and intuitive to use.

Everything is very nice. Got on sale at Best Buy and is very nice.
