I managed out of being standed, by plugging this little beauty straight to the battery and within a short amount of time, the engine turned without Hesitation.

Peace of Mind but misleading regular price

I hope to never need it, but it is better to have than not. I thought this was one of their other products when I ordered. I thought it was the jump starter/compressor combo, but it wasn't. Still, the price isn't bad. Speaking of price, I know it says (at least for me) Reg. $229.99 but that is a complete lie. I have NEVER seen them marked that high, even on their own website. So for that, I actually knocked off another star. It is still good for the price, but it have never been marked at that "regular" price. Check Amazon and you can see the price history.

Best Buy customer service letdown

God forbid it was defective. This will be my last purchase online from Best Buy. Work with the store fine........ Online they are just another Temu vendor with crap customer service and no regard for the purchaser.
