    A little underpowered but it works for my purposes. If you need a lot of torque and use daily I would recommend a different product.

    Won't Charge! I got another USB C cord and still won't charge. Bought 2 months ago and BB wants me to call Worx to fix it even though I am a plus member...decided to cancel my plus membership and toss it in the trash...saved me more money than chasing down a $25 item on my own time on top of dealing with BB!

    Torque level is a bit disappointing. Runs in spurts instead of continuously when faced with what I feel is a small amount of resistance.
