    I used it on barely damp grass—not soaked, not muddy, just typical winter conditions—and the mower essentially died. This is not abnormal use, especially in climates where grass is rarely fully dry during winter months. When I contacted Worx for a replacement, they claimed this was “misuse” and refused to honor the warranty. That is unacceptable. If a lawn mower cannot handle slightly wet grass, it should be very clearly stated, because waiting for perfectly dry conditions in winter means the lawn quickly becomes overgrown and unmanageable. A lawn mower should be built to handle real-world conditions, not ideal lab conditions. Denying warranty coverage for something this common makes the product unreliable and the warranty meaningless. I would not recommend this mower to anyone who doesn’t live in a perfectly dry climate year-round. Poor durability and worse customer support.

    This may not be the strongest, best mower availble, but for the money, the package included 2 batteries and dual charger. This is a great deal. I got $50 off during the best buy labor days sale and its been a great value thus far. I would recomment this compact mower over the others which tote a 14" blade. This unit has a 17" blade which cuts my cut time down by a few minutes on my small 1200sq.ft. yard.

    I purchased a 80v greenworks before thought the 40v wouldn't make a difference after reading the reviews, but it's a big difference weaker should of stuck with greenworks, cheaper isn't the way to go..

    Works great. Easy to put together and use, however not enough power to manage the whole yard in one go. Front yard is a breeze with this mower. Fails in the back yard, not enough charge for more than an 1/8 of the lot. Standard suburban backyard… no good. Weed wicker works better for the backyard.

    Very disappointing. Mower cannot cut grass low enough. After mowing lawn, looks like I didn’t do anything to lawn. A waste of money for me. Used only once but Best Buy refused to take return because more than 15 days since purchase.
