They are all black. Not the biggest deal at first but now I can not color code anything, which was a main reason for purchasing

Not stretchy!

They are colorful, and seemed like a good idea. However mine were not stretchy like a rubber elastic band, and it was difficult trying to secure something because they are quite rigid and difficult to expand. So they really do not do a very good job of securing things.
