While it doesn’t reinvent the wheel, it does a good job of setting itself apart from its contemporaries with fun gameplay features and a fully realized setting. I hope a sequel is announced in the near future.

Certain bosses and NPCs no longer die and the plot makes no sense now. It really does make the game completely different especially when the message is about accepting death and moving on.
