So far, this laptop has been a great buy. It’s fast, even when I have 10–20 tabs or apps open at once. Everything runs smoothly without lag. The touchscreen is responsive, and the fingerprint reader makes logging in quick and secure—no need to worry about people seeing your password. I definitely recommend it!

Best Buy had the laptop on sale for a great price. The staff was friendly and helpful and I was able get the laptop quickly. The laptop has a decent size of hard-drive space with sufficient memory which allow me to perform all the required task. The battery life is great I can use the laptop for long period of time without plugging it in. I enjoy the touch screen to help a lot of tasks such easily access any application feature, access video and graphic editing, The screen size is decent to allow multiable application to be view at the same time. I highly recommend this laptop.

I love that its wide and has numpad, I use it for school and the speed is perfect. I just use my phone as a hotspot but it still like using a regular wifi. I got it on sale too. I am very satisfied with the purchase I made. Dell is always amazing.

I was thinking to buy an apple laptop but city is not in the best point as an AI if you compare it to copilot and In The End hay investigate And This Is, the perfect laptop, even for AI and the price is the big difference. I initially bought my computer to start my business and i didnot regret it, i love that it is modern and fast, my favorite thing about it is its ability to filp into tablet mood and the touchscreen is definitely a plus. I have not had any issues so far i am a happy customer.

So far this unit has served its purpose. I’m mostly a Mac user but I’m quite impressed. I would recommend this unit to others.

Love the laptop..it's fast..good battery backup...can watch movies and work ...love the tab feeling in the portrait mode..

Touchscreen is really nice for online textbooks, especially when the screen is flipped when I need to be comfy kn the couch doing school work. Battery life has been awesome and screen doesn't glare bad at all.

Solid and fast. I find it exceptional whenever I use this machine.
