Unable to use

Product is useless without being able to set it up. You can only set it up with the wyze app. If I would have known that the app is not available for my devices and no other way to set up I would not have purchased. If I shipped it back to return I would have had to pay shipping, which would not be worth it as after a voucher I had was only aout $11. The nearest Best Buy is 3 cities away so I couldn't get out to a store in time to return in person. Unless I can find someone who can use it I just wasted $11.

Even at night it gives off distict colors. They very inexpensive and all I can say is "Wyze works the best.

Best Buy isca greaaaate business.There products are of the finest because they work and if you get one that dint work you can easily return it at the proper time. Please buy at Best Buy and be happy .Ohhhh and the young folk is genious like at the Geek squad, they are smart.Now you have it,so go to Best Buy today and say Glo sent me!!!!!
