This is a wyze outdoor camera system this product is very good and works excellent for my pets so I can see what they're doing while I'm at work this product also has other products but this is the best price for your money.

Camera battery is durable which actually lasts for more than 6 months. Wyze security subscription is comparatively cheaper to other security providers. I have been using for last one year and I am satisfied by the service as well as product.

Easy connectivity, video feed looks great and the rage is great also.

This was a gift for my parents and it is a great wireless product easy install and setup.

Got this camera because I needed to keep an eye on my vehicles. A new family moved in nearby who have way too many kids who just love to throw rocks. I have a few cameras from different companies. I saw the hate WYZE figured id give it a go due to mixed reviews. I had issues with this camera on day one. SD CARD SUPPORT on base station never worked. I had zero help with it. New card, format is correct and everything is up to date. Doesnt matter it wont work. FINE ill pay for the subscription service. The one thing i liked about the camera was its ability to record up to 5 minutes. Today im getting alerts on ONE of my other cameras ( not wyze) that is more of aback up as its not very good and I use it in a different area for different part of the house. Remember the kids i mentioned? I see them on the camera abusing the neighbors dogs. Throwing rocks in their face, rushing at them. Just horrible. I know my WYZE camera has the best height and view of this so this is what I need to show the police. WEll guess what? UNKNOWN ERROR 3002. ERROR ERROR ERROR! What videos have errors? Just happens to be every video I needed to show the police of the dogs being abused by these kids. I contact WYZE they are ZERO HELP , THE CAMERA IS 6 DAYS OLD! I need a camera that is reliable and thought that this might work. But the only videos I need just happen to fail to record? Ridiculous. Wyze then tells me there is an error with my base station. Thats it nothing else, not how to fix it, not what the error is , nothing. The subject is changed and im told there is probably something wrong with my internet. Whatever. Absolute junk camera. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU NEED A RELIABLE CAMERA!!!!!!

The camera kept drying. The base station didn't have a strong enough signal to peirce the walls to the camera and the base station wouldn't work with my wifi but only worked with a lan connection

I can recommend this camera especially with the solar panel accesory. Looking to add on additional cameras if they come back in stock.

The Wyze Cam Outdoor v2 is a great wireless camera, and the starter bundle includes the base station. Setup is simple. Create a Wyze account, download the Wyze camera app, and you’re on your way. The app will give you guidance on how to connect the base station to your WiFi network and your camera(s) to the base station. At each step, the camera speaks to let you know what it’s doing. It was about as easy as you could ask for, with none of the glitches, inscrutable blinking lights, or resets that I’ve encountered during setup with other camera apps. The base unit is required for operation, and the it will take up an Ethernet connection on your router or hub. It’s at least quite small, but the range seems reasonable. The design of the Cam v2 is unique, with a cube shape and flexible mounting options. The stand comes with extendable legs and the entire camera portion swivels, making positioning simple. The stand can be mounted with a single screw or magnetically to a metal surface. If the surface you want to attach to is non-metallic, the camera comes with a stick-on metal disc. The v2 has an IP65 rating for weather resistance, so you should be good in most environments. Charging is simple as well, although I haven’t had the unit long enough to determine actual battery life. Once installed, the images are very clear. Both daylight and night-vision color are crisp and make it easy to pick out details. Anyone who has tried to use black-and-white nighttime images will really appreciate the clarity of Wyze’s color night vision system. Using the app is reasonably painless, although it does occasionally have trouble finding the camera and requires some time to connect. The app allows you to have a two-way conversation with the person at the other end, although there was a definite lag in the system particularly when the camera was used remotely (on a different network than your mobile device). Motion and sound detection works well, and events can be stored on an SD card for later viewing. If you want recognition of when a person is present, cloud-based event recording with longer segments, or the ability to use the camera through a browser, you’ll have to pony up for a subscription plan. Overall, a nice little wireless camera at a reasonable price.

It’s ok. Easy enough to set up. Need a a good WiFi signal or to have base close by. App is ok, appears that you need a subscription to get full benefits of it. Entry level

It was ok, but didn't work at all. The installer wasn't sure why.
