I was just looking for something that I could quickly log onto, and and watch live stream of my dogs when I was away. This does that with ease and so much more if you wanted. And the app user interface is very easy to use.

We could not get our voices through the iPhone's Wyze app to the camera when we were out of range of our WiFi. We could still hear the sound picked up by the camera, at least. Other than that, very much worth the money.

I placed it inside the mechanical room so I can monitor it while I am away, and it works just fine. It reads the display on the boiler and I can view it on the Wyze app.

Stops working after several months

Reset unit numerous times, would not work again after this. I recommend picking a different brand.

I have four wyze cameras (doorbell, rotating, and two regular cams). They all work amazingly well for the price. The only issue I have is a lot of false positives for motion detection in a vacation house.

But this one has way better resolution. I was surprised how much better it was

(Subscription is cheap too if you want it.) Works well indoors pointing out window after blocking for interior glare.
