I signed up and got the email link to click on to verify my new account and then had to wait for them to send me a code to put in that they send to my email. I tried for several days to do this but they allow 30 seconds to put this code in. Even clicking send and receive over and over 30 seconds is not enough time for me to get the email with the code and then type that code in before the 30 seconds runs out. I contacted support and was on hold with then for 12 mins as they looked into this problem but they really didn't seem to understand what my problem was they wanted me to reset my password. Looks like I will return this camera and try something else. This was very frustrating, stressful and time consuming. It shouldn't be this hard just give more then 30 seconds to get the code to put in!

Im assuming because they want you to pay for their monthly service which is even worse and unreliable. If your using this camera for something small like checking in on a pet then it works. If you want actual sercurity footage if something happens this is not the cam. Play back from sd card is usually only a few hours of the day and comes in grainy and distorted a lot of those times. Tried replacing sd cards and even got another camera. Same thing. The cameras are over priced garbage cameras. It seems like its a quick money grab company.
