    The camera itself is great, I actually love how sensitive it is. HOWEVER, the 2 way audio doesn't work in the cam v3. You can speak through the app and hear through the camera, but you can't hear anything through the app from the camera.

    Set this up on the back patio to keep an eye on raccoons and opossums that visit for food. Works great even at night.

    Amazing colored clarity during the night. Worth the upgrade. Just hope it can still be functional 5 years from now.

    hard to set up needed to call in help to get things going. in the end still working to set it up like i am looking for. it is a great when thing are going good.

    Every house should have one or two of these. At this price points it’s amazing they make money on these. The image and quality is fantastic.

    Awful. Worked great for a month or so then keeps disconnecting from WiFi. Tried the reboot with powering off and on. Even deleted the device and completed a new start up. I am past my time limit to return and already paid my yearly enrollment fee.

    Image quality was great. However after 2 days it lose connections. Quite a bad product for me. Had to return it.

    Bought before this one doesn’t work… also if your using it as a security code it is literally worthless. It record 12 seconds at a time then has to wait a couple mins to start recording again. Even if you subscribe it still doesn’t work. I have some plants stolen out of my yard camera was pointed right at them and it caught nothing… absolutely worthless

    No outdoor cord

    While the cameras are rated well and have very good features it is not made clear that the cords included are not ones for outside use. Those are not sold at best buy but on the wyze website and cost half the price of the actual camera. By the time we realized and decided it wasn't worth the hassle it was too late to return them because best buy has an exceptionally short return period that is unrealistic for most people to meet.

    I got this as a recommendation from an acquaintance, unfortunately it did not work for me but for about 10 minutes. Xfinity is the wifi I have and for some reason they just aren’t compatible. Went with a different camera The video of the wyze camera was ok. Good enough to see what’s going on but not vivid enough to make someone out. Cord seemed fairly long if you have an outlet near. Would be perfect for an indoor camera or maybe your front door to see who is coming and going.

    Easy set up, but the app itself is confusing, slow, and has a lot of glitches. The support topics haven't helped much. I bought it to monitor my mailbox. It captures every car that drives by but doesn't capture the mailman delivering the mail or me picking up the mail, so it has so far proven to be useless. It also stopped capturing anything after dark, which is when I'm more concerned about security, so again not very useful.

    My favorite inexpensive security camera.

    Simply the best cheap camera out there. I had two quite old V2's and decided to upgrade. Much better FOV on this one. I have "pay what you want" person detection so it cost me a whole $12 a year for person detection and recording for 3 cameras. Way cheaper than competitors that charge per device, not account. This even works outdoors. BTW I have other cameras including outdoor and IP cameras. Wyze is so easy to setup and update firmware!

    I purchased this as a foaling camera for my barn. It serves its purpose but occasionally goes offline and the night vision is not in color.

    I couldn't even connect it. The camera took way too long to even read my phone. Was not able to connect so I ended up returning it. It's a great size if it works.
