Will not connect to WiFi network

It arrived yesterday and I can not get it to connect to my WiFi. I have even rebooted my router but I keep getting a message that it can't connect to the network which makes it totally useless :-(

Just don't work

Tried to access help but it keeps saying get to the QR screen and let it scan but it doesn't. If I hear ready to connect one more time I will scream. Tried to log on to the help chat and it continued to give me the same useless answer that wasn't working which is why I accessed the help. HINT: IF you are accessing help it usually means what is going on in the instructions is not working.

When trying to scan the QR code, please try holding the camera further back from your smart device as this camera may be too close to the code to register. If you intent to use an android devise with this cam please dont buy this cam. It has no live sound audible . I tried different Android devises with this but its all results same. Please avoid this this product if you are going to use androind product with this. I called customer service but no help. Finally i decides to return this product to the store. What a wate of my time ,money and energy.

not worth it

We lost power and ever since it has emitted a microphone feedback that will not stop. And yes, we tried all the suggestions i found on-line to recover it. Before that, the images were grainy. if you knew who was in the recording you could identify them.

Wyze Home Security Camera
