The app and functions work well, the color night vision works amazing even in the dark, the non color night vision using IR emitters works just as good or better but is obviously black and white, some functions are locked behind a monthly or yearly subscription, however you can use a micro SD card and stream the content to a phone or tablet. I could recommend Wyze for serious CCTV use, but as a form room, babyroom, porch cam, garage cam..... Something that is simple to set up and use and only requires Internet and a micro SD card you can't go wrong with it. Lots of customization in the settings for alerts and notifications of different types. If you ever used a Wyxe can the V4 is the best to date.

Better Than the Overpriced Ones

The video is clear and precise when detecting movement outdoors. The app on the other hand makes you jump through hoops to view footage on the SD card. If you subscribe to their services, it's much easier. The reality is that I purchased WYZE so I wouldn't have to subscribe to a service.

You can (almost) put this anywhere (needs outlet) Picture is clear and night vision in low light is clear. It will turn on its' own light to see motion moving. It's so small & cute! Excellent field of vision. You will be notified of movement & it records to disk. No monthly fees. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Best Buy for carrying this camera!

It’s very practical for daily monitoring. The only drawback is that it’s overly sensitive to moving tree branches in the wind, which often triggers unnecessary notifications. They worked really well and the night mode works very well. The only thing is make sure the camera sensor isn’t bouncing or reflecting off the item in its view or it really makes the camera useless. Other than that it’s amazing for the price.
