Easy install. The mechanical design, function and appearance are all good. Once door is shut there is no delay activating the deadbolt. Only drawback is with wifi. If wifi cuts out unexpectedly, you will need to remember to have your key for backup. No regrets with this purchase.

This integrated with our existing WYZE system flawlessly. The installation was simple enough that it made me think I had skipped a few steps. The feature of unlocking automatically when your phone approaches the door is amazing. This is a great addition at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this for any entry door.

Smart lock device was extremely easy to install onto existing lock. I did not have to drill any new holes or realign, which was a fear I had looking at other devices. From the outside it appears as a regular deadbolt, as the device only alters the inside of the existing lock you already have. Being able to unlock from my phone from anywhere is also nice and I love being able to see if the door is lock/unlocked from anywhere too. Priced right and works well. Especially if you are using other wise products!

Installation steps are easy and everything worked as advertised. My only hiccup was integrating the device with my Google Home.

Door lock was super easy to install little complicated too calibrate but once was done it is awesome even sets the alarm off when you leave the door open by accident

Solid little unit. Easy install, didn’t take long, app set up was great. Wish it worked natively with HomeKit and didn’t require Homebridge. Overall been happy with the features.

Replaces competitors smark lock that drained batteries within one week. So far this lock is what I should have bought in the first place. Easy install.

I can open or close my house from everywhere. It is easy to install I did it in 10 minutes and done.

Easy to install and work great. Good price. Very satisfied so far.

I have a few other Wyze products (switch, plug & scale). This lock was my 1st. After some difficulty during set up. It works great. Autolock is great & even when the door fails to be closed all the way, the app sends you an alert. Auto unlock works most of the time. I found that if adjust your home perimeter to where your location is at the edge it works the best. Tech support is pretty good.

Who knew, what a great item, don’t ever need a key to get into my house, just my I phone, opens and locked the door. Great. I highly recommend it.

Hardest part was removing old knob, was stuck. Instruction was simply, show me were a nice touch. Thou not needed. Will update if it fails.
