I have several of these plugs throughout my house and 2 of them are constantly going offline and need to be reset from scratch. Very annoying. Overall it is worth the money but not too reliable if you are on vacation or using it in a second home because you have to be in that house to reprogram it!

Unreliable Connection With Some WYZE Plugs

Have a few of these in our home.
Of late they have been continually dropping connection which is very bothersome since they need to be reliable when we're away from home.
Tries everything from removing and re-inserting; booting the router; and deleting the plug from the app and re-installing.
A known problem that is not getting addressed.
I hear it is a firmware issue; but no solution after well over a year.
I would not buy these again.
