First Class it is a very good X-Men movie, this UHD 4K version is lacking. First issue the sound is the same as the Blu-ray release, major disappointment because we have been enjoying the Dolby Atmos sound. Second issue is the picture is honestly uninspiring, it might be better than the blu-ray but nothing popped. We can easily believe the upconverted blu-ray we already own would look as good. Third issue is (sadly) FOX does not redeem UHD blu-ray UV codes as UDH you get the regular HD UV. Disappointing because WB, Universal, Lionsgate are trying to redeem their Blu-ray 4K UHD movies UV codes for streaming UHD, diffidently will affect our purchases of FOX 4K titles in the future. In our opinion it is great movie but the 4K version hardly qualifies as UHD.

Really enjoyed the movie and loved the cover art and feel of the steelbook. My only grip would be that the prongs holding the disc in are very difficult to push in to release the disc and I thought I was going to snap the disc in half. If I was to repurchase this movie I would go for the regular Blu-ray packaging. I would recommend the movie to a friend but probably not the steelbook.

Would have been great if this actually was a straight reboot. Then you could have gone with the original xmen (Beast, Ice Man, Angel, Cyclops, Marvel Girl) and make Magneto evil from the start. Still, the dynamic shared with Professor X and Mags is intriguing. Kevin Bacon as an overpowered Sebastian Shaw....well....it's groovy.

The UHD offers subtle, but not major, improvements over the 2011 blu-ray release. If you don't have it yet, then this release will do the trick. If you already have the blu-ray, you may want to think about it prior to purchase.

Since it's only a five star system it's hard to find an in between, but this movie is good. Better than X3 and significantly better than origins. Well acted and directed, pacing slows down right in the middle of the film but a strong ending makes the watch worth it.

I had already seen this movie years ago but wanted to own it in 4K. While it looks good, it doesn't look 4K sharp which really comes down to it being mastered in 2K rather than 4K. Glad I didn't buy at full normal price.

Complete your 4k X-men collection with First Class. I really wanted to give it a 4/5 rating because of the 4k but this moviecwas just ehh to me. I did enjoy it because all franchises have to start somewhere, but..

This film gives you needed information on the backstory of some characters. If you already know this information, then you may not find this film as exciting as others in the series. This film is enjoyable, but not as action packed as expected when compared to the others.

By way of reboots it's ok I guess. But the film is plagued by lazy writing where characters gift the main characters their iconic names, costumes, and motives. Steelbook is ok. For the price it's worth it

Not the best movie of all the others to much talk. Not enough action. Need to step up and go back to the way they used to write scripts. I love all the other x men movies. So I'm looking forward to the next one

I like the fresh take on the X-men, but the story isn’t anything special. The best thing about this movie is the portrayals of young Xavier and Eric

It’s my least favorite X-Men film. It’s okay. The 4k was at a decent price so I purchased it to round out the collection.

This is a solid x-men film. A total revamp of the movie franchise. This movie captures the tone of the comic books to perfection.

I liked Xmen First Class cause of two reasons 1: pretty good action 2: Bryan Singer didn't direct it, on the plus side cool looking steelbook

As a comic fan there were plenty of scenes in the movie that I didn't like, but both the wolverine scene and Quicksilver scene were cool.

The cover is awesome but I havent had the chance to watch it. I do kniw that Kevin Bacon is in it and does Kevin Bacon things though

This story takes place before the events of the first X-men. Its not as good as the original, but still decent nonetheless.

Movies are ok. I like them a bit better than the first ones that came out but seriously how many more can they make.

Not the best of the series featuring the younger X-Men characters, but still an enjoyable movie. Great price, too.

I love the front on the steelbook it looks nice not bad for the price i picked it up
