500GB XBOX One has one controller and the controller doesn't include headset. I wish MS could have bundled it with Call of Duty Black Ops III. Purchasing extra controller and favorite game was not so pleasant experience. Compared to XOBX 360, I think the design of power charge has improved. Graphics is better but I don't see other big improvements made.

Great price great system everything you need in one box

This is my first console since PS2. Switched to Microsoft because most of my neighbors and friends have Xbox instead of Playstation. The graphics are obviously so much better. The only knock and unexpected experience was the day I turned on the box. It took FOREVER to get all the Microsoft updates and everything installed before I could use it. This was really only a day one issue, and to be expected I guess. I was just unaware.

Many choices of games, great graphics easy to set up

It feels kind of smart phone-ish. You can switch between apps without ending your game which is pretty cool. Processing is pretty fast and graphics are definitely a step up.

You often hear about the Playstation vs. Xbox battle, and honestly the best advice I can give is to just do some research and pick whatever system is best for you. I have had no problems with the Xbox One so far and love playing it. With prices getting increasingly more competitive, now is definitely a great time to buy.

I bought this item after I found out my sister was dying to get a new system. My girlfriend and I bought it for her after we priced matched Walmart. Best Buy is great because of this and makes me feel like there is no other reason to shop elsewhere for electronics! The product works great and my sister loves it.

I had first made the mistake of getting a ps4, the wifi speed of the ps4 is ridiculously slow! And the ps4 interface is boring. I returned it and got the xbox one. It is lightening fast and it has the best controller in the world. I really can't stand the ps4 controller and its analog sticks and split apart d-pad.

As advertised im and I have no complaints. I am by no means an Xbox expert, but everything works perfect and I'm pleased with my purchase. I had gift cards for Best Buy however it was $100 cheaper at Walmart. I asked the sales man if they would do a price match and they did. I am pleased with this purchase.

Hubby and I bought this bundle for his younger brother's (early) Christmas gift. Considering I paid almost $150 more when I gifted the console to my hubby, this was definitely a pretty sweet deal.

Excellent graphics. Easy to set up. You can also use it for streaming Netflix, etc.

My choice was a Playsation or XBOX, Hands down XBOX WON. I love my new XBOX. Best Buy has great trade in offers for your old game systems. Better than game stop

The XBox One is another great system by Microsoft. The integration with your TV Box and ease of use with the new dashboard makes it enjoyable to use. Access to multiple facets of content for view and purchase is awesome. When you can get it packaged with a game, it makes it even more worth the money.

Love this system. The graphics are so realistic that I almost forget it's a game sometimes. So far I've only played NBA 2k 16 and Forza 6 but I'm hooked! Can't wait to go get Mortal Kombat!

So far my wife and I have enjoyed our X-box One. We already had a PS4 and WiiU in the living room but this gave us an option for a blu-ray player and access for Netflix in the bedroom. We're also enjoying the exclusive games Like Tomb Raider and Sunset Overdrive. For $350 it was a good deal.

This was a purchase for my sister (the gamer of the house) and she loves it! The graphics of the xbox one games are incredible and she has been able to move some of her older games over as well. Startup is quick and quiet. The ability to pause tasks and switch between others in very nice.

Can't go wrong with this toy! Absolutely love all the features that come with the xbox one, including the ability to watch TV and play games simultaneously! Being able to watch Netflix while going on some epic quest in my game makes for a perfect relaxation night. Love my purchase! A++

Easy to setup but after only a few weeks we are having a problem with the system. Had to call Microsoft to have a tech walk us thru fixing it and have had several people tell us they had to do the same. The graphics are fantastic-big difference between this system and the 360.

As you would expect great graphics, awesome game choices. Only regret is getting the 500gb system. I am not a huge gamer but after loading a few games the space disappears fast. Games are humongous on the storage side with all the extras in clouded in them. Get the 1TB system right off the bat
