Downloading physical game to console hard drive takes long time and memory space which won't allow you to play more than 5 different games unless you have external memory space. Wish you can just pop in the disc and play like the Xbox 360.

Sales person did have much knowledge of the XBOX ONE accessories as I had to keep asking do I really need this with an answer "I think so". He seemed in a hurry! I was buying for my grandchild, so didn't have a lot of knowledge of the system.

Halo 5 campaign is bad, gears of war is outdated, forza is the same game over and over, killer instinct dlc comes out instead of killer instinct 2, quantum break sucks.

I bought the Xbox for my son who really enjoys it. We don't like that you HAVE to have the Internet to use basically any part of tge Xbox, as ours has been down for a bit.

Ordered his online,it came faster than expected,HOWEVER....the laptop arrived broke and I had to go to store to exchange,but they fixed it and I ended up buying a printer

I have nothing against the Xbox, but games are what counts and the PS4 has better exclusives. You could pretty much play almost all Xbox One games on other platforms.

The ease of use my family loved with the Xbox 360 is non existent with the Xbox one. There's no software to watch a dvd, all games MUST be downloaded onto the system Before they can be played Which could take hours or days, and it only takes a few games to max out your storage if you have the 500gigs. To play multiplayer games you must Have MULTIPLE profiles on Xbox live. There are a host of other complaints I have with the system. I guess I'm super old school but I can't stand how Microsoft has devised every possible way to squeeze out a profit with this system at every turn. This was the worst purchase I've made and would NOT recommend this to anyone unless they truly want to kiss their hard earned money goodbye. We got this for our son because he wanted Halo 5, that's about all this was good for. Unless you've got money to burn stay clear of this purchase.

Nothing special. Microsoft seems to be playing monopoly.. The only reason i got xbox1 is to play forza which they are all too scared to release on PC.

Must have Internet to play most games. Wish Xbox would update their Xbox 360 game list that can be played on the Xbox one.

Works fine all the time. Makes a rattling noise loud when using but I can still hear It when the Xbox is off.

Not a worth while console for the modern player. Great for playing older games and MS IPs.

Seems like everything you do you have to download it m. Then the 500gb end up really being nothing.

The XB One is not worth the money. The hardware is outdated already, and the performance is terrible. Games are limited to under 1080 resolution, and struggle to reach even 30 frames per second. If you want to play games, and enjoy them for a cheaper price, consider building a PC. PCs have a higher capital, but a much lower running cost. They do not require an online subscription, and new games are always available at a discount. A PC also has an enormous price / performance to either a PS4 or XBone. Where consoles struggle at 1080p and 30fps, a cheap PC can easily play new games at 1080p or higher at 60fps. If you want to find more information on building a PC, look at reddit.com/r/buildapc. It's a good multimedia machine. A nice upgrade from the 360.

I only bought mine for Halo. I got a PS4 and its way better

Neither my 13 year old nor myself could get the 'pick and play' to work. After 6 hours of download and having to sign up for Xbox connect, the console still asks for a disk. No customer support from best buy or Microsoft. I spent hours being transferred with no results. Bought a game, put it in and it had to download the whole game. What happen to just putting disk in and playing a game. Xbox360 works fine. Not worth the hassle. And already out of disk space.

It was my first purchase of game console and within 2 weeks, it stopped working. It was keep showing error message as 'Console is taking too long to start' and will hang after that. Very disappointed.
