my XBOX stopped working in 2 weeks with error message that console is taking too long to lad. Tried everything but no success

Waited until the weekend to open my xbox because I work during the week. When I turned it on it wouldn't read any discs. When I brought it to the store to exchange it they mad me wait 40 minutes as they conducted their trouble shooting when it obviously didn't work. Plain and simple. I was very annoyed and disgusted. Very bad experience.

Large and heavy game system. AC adapter is half the size of the unit.

Absolutely love my Xbox One 500gb console. Easiest controller and console setup ever. Press and hold a small button on the left side of the console and then the button on the front of the controller and you're ready to play! Connect up to 8 controllers!(instructions were included.) I also bought a microsoft play and charge kit($25) so I can play for 30 hrs on a single charge and not have to replace my entire remote ($60+tax) when the battery won't hold a charge anymore like playstation 4 controllers. I also downloaded the free Smartglass app on my smart phone to use as a remote to watch movies and view my friends activities and updates such as screenshots and video clips from recently played games. As well as get notified when they're online to play. Pair up this console with a set of Turtle Beach 420x premium wireless headsets and you'll be envied by your friends. Definitely recommend to a friend!

Game included with unit was a nightmare. Card included didn't have verification code. Took weeks to obtain from customer service at Microsoft.

I thought this would be better since it was the new one but, it wasn't. I don't know what I was thinking.

Great gaming console, good amount of games and backwards compatible with Xbox 360 games. You can use rechargeable battery packs in the Xbox controller as well as regular batteries.

The Xbox One may be large but that's because it's a tank. It's virtually silent and has only evolved into a better experience over the years. Being able to choose from 4 different amazing games is one of the best ways to start out.

I've never had a console since SuperNintendo (been a PC guy). Wanted to give Xbox a try since I was gonna be bored for the spring break. Downloaded one of the games that came with the package and started playing. Awesome experience so far, almost forgot what it was like to be playing with a controller. It is something else.

Enjoin everytime I use it graphics are great I just wish I would have gotten more memory.

We've had it for a couple years and the whole family enjoys it. The selection of games is large. And since the Xbox 360 backwards compatible game play is available the selection is even larger. The game system software updates are easy to perform. If you play many games you will want to get an external USB 3.0 compatible hard drive. The 500GB of space gets used up quick.

Great for family entertainment and alone play. I can't keep my bf off it. Have had for ovr 2 years and works like the day we bought it.

Graphics are great and more storage even at the base unit.

Great system! and great games too. A legit successor to the 360. I have been playing it since i got it.

I got an Xbox One to supplement my gaming PC because of exclusives that I wanted to play. While some things, particularly graphics, are lacking on console the Xbox One is still a great gaming system because it just works. It plays the games I want it to and allows me to play with friends without any problem and that is the most important thing for a game platform.
