I've tried all the troubleshooting tips from the internet and my connection is great even the series s says so. May be returning this hunk of garbage.

Internet crashes after about 10 minutes and have to reset everything and continue. It's just too much of a hassle to deal with all digital version and I should have bought the disc one instead

I did not purchase these items but i did get charged for them. I think your company really needs to change their pickup policy.
