I received an item that had already been opened and then taped back closed with inspected by bestbuy tape. Then the replacement item was cancelled and I was told because I already received a brand new item. Now I have no xbox and no refund after 2 weeks.

Best buy, you did wrong by shipping this xbox by just slapping a label on the original box. Totally ruining the surprise for my son. Very disappointed that this was not shipped in a box.

A Game-Changer for My Digital Gaming Experience

As someone who loves gaming but hates the clutter of discs and cases, the Xbox Series X 1TB All-Digital Console has been a dream come true. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this was something special. Its sleek, modern design fits perfectly in my entertainment center, and the all-digital setup is incredibly convenient for someone like me who has fully embraced digital gaming.
One of the first things I noticed was how fast everything is. The console boots up almost instantly, and games load in a fraction of the time I was used to with my old system. The Quick Resume feature is an absolute lifesaver—I can switch between games effortlessly without losing progress or having to wait through long loading screens. It’s so seamless that I often forget I even left one game to start another!
The graphics and overall gameplay experience are phenomenal. I don’t know much about teraflops or ray tracing, but what I do know is that everything looks stunningly real. Whether I’m racing through city streets, exploring magical worlds, or battling enemies in fast-paced shooters, the visuals are crisp, vibrant, and smooth. The difference is so noticeable that even older games I’ve played before feel brand new.
The 1TB of storage is a blessing, especially since digital games can take up a lot of space. It’s been more than enough for my current library, and I love how easy it is to manage everything directly from the console. The built-in Xbox Game Pass compatibility makes it even better—I’ve been able to download and play so many games I wouldn’t have discovered otherwise.
I was initially hesitant about going all-digital, thinking I might miss owning physical copies, but I haven’t looked back. Not having to swap discs all the time is so freeing, and being able to access my entire library from the menu is super convenient. Plus, the console stays so quiet, even during long gaming sessions, which is a nice bonus.
Overall, the Xbox Series X 1TB All-Digital Console has exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s fast, powerful, and incredibly user-friendly. Whether I’m playing with friends online or enjoying a single-player adventure, it always delivers an amazing experience. If you’re thinking about upgrading or making the switch to digital gaming, I can’t recommend this console enough. It’s been worth every penny, and I’m excited to see what else it can do in the future!

Hey, if you don't care about console wars and just wanna game, this is the best place, lemme tell you why. The Xbox Series X controller is super easy to use, anyone can handle it. It's got apps and a browser, which is awesome because other consoles don't have them. The graphics are killer, and it has cool features like Quick Resume, Play Anywhere, and backward compatibility – so you can play tons of Xbox 360 and even original Xbox games. Some old ones won't work, but there's still a huge selection. The real reason to get this over the ps5 is simple, gamepass. Black ops 6, indiana jones, halo, forza, fallout, doom. So many great games on gamepass, and more to be discovered. Trust me on this, gamepass is the real deal. Xbox gets alot of hate and i dont see why. If you want to enjoy games, be able to emulate and do some pc style work on the tv, and get the best games day 1 for cheap get this.

I have a powerful gaming PC and a Nintendo Switch 2. I used to own a PS5, but I wasn’t a huge fan due to the coil whine and loud fans—those things are next level. Plus, there haven't been many exclusives that really grabbed my attention. That’s why I switched to PC; the graphics and FPS are incredible.
I also have Game Pass Ultimate until 2027, so I picked up an Xbox Series X for couch gaming. The thing is silent, runs great, and Quick Resume is a total game changer. I know there’s been a lot of talk about Xbox potentially leaving the console space, and plenty of complaints about exclusives going to other platforms. But take Helldivers 2, for example, coming to Xbox—I’ll be double-dipping since I already own it on Steam.
In my opinion, exclusives will be a thing of the past, except for Nintendo. I got the Xbox because I’m getting the most bang for my buck with Game Pass until 2027. I can use it on both PC and Xbox, which is awesome.
If exclusives aren’t a priority for you, Xbox is definitely worth considering. But if they are, I’d say go with the PS5—it’s still cheaper and has a solid lineup.

The Xbox Series X 1TB All-Digital Console in Robot White is an impressive, powerful system for disc-free gaming. The speed and graphics quality are outstanding, making every game look and run incredibly smooth. With 1TB of storage, there’s plenty of space for a large game library, and the digital-only approach keeps everything streamlined and clutter-free. Robot White gives it a sleek, modern look that fits perfectly in any setup. Highly recommend for gamers looking for top-notch performance and convenience without the need for discs.

The only gaming option for value conscious parents

Overall the Series X is a proven and well vetted console that has been extremely reliable and held the performance crown for most of this generation. The value is the reason I chose it over the PS5 Pro.
For parents on a budget, hopefully this will help you decide which machine to buy this Christmas.
This is the highest end console Microsoft offers and it is currently 43% cheaper than the PS 5 Pro. This means you can play all of the game pass games for about 3 years before you match the price of the PS 5 Pro console alone.
PS5 and Xbox both have gaming services with plans that include a library of games to play. You can get the xbox yearly service for about $100 every holiday season, PS 5's gaming version is about 20% more expensive than that.
The PS 5 version will never include 1st party titles on the same day that they launch, so you will end up paying $60 per title that you want to play. Also, most of the older library of PS Plus games are streaming only, so they have serious playability limitations.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will see every 1st party title included, in the service, the day the game launches. Even more, all of these games will run right on the console, so there won't be any latency problems with the games.
Here are a few of the better titles where most were launched on the service on day one for Xbox.
Forza Horizon 5
Forza Motorsport
Stalker 2
Flight Simulator 2024
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
Call of Duty Black Ops 6
Diablo 4
Fallout 76
Fallout 4
Assassins Creed Odyssey
Assassins Creed Valhalla
MLB The show
Aliens Dark Descent
Doom
Doom Eternal
Madden 24
Halo 5
Gears of War 5
Dune Spice Wars
At any given time there are 200 or more games for your kids to play, that are included in the service and there's a tremendous amount of savings to be had over the competition here.
Another area where the Xbox has added value over the PS5 is in racing simulation hardware. Purchasing a Racing wheel and pedals is more expensive as it requires a chip and licensing fee from the manufacturers, or it will not work with the console. This adds as much as $200 to cost of the hardware, so that's another thing to factor in.

I was debating saving for and purchasing the newest Xbox - but after doing some research, I learned that the only true difference was the capacity and one other minor thing. I decided to save the money and purchase a second 1TB Xbox Series X to replace my Xbox One X I kept in the bedroom (I already had a Series X in the living room). This was an amazing deal (Xmas deal - and I am a Best Buy Total Member) for the white and I was able to receive another $80 for my old system. $300 for a brand new Series X? Sold! Works as well as my system downstairs (my wifi router is located on the other side of the house on the 1st floor). Depending on the day of the week, I can play games at different times - now there is no disturbing my husband when he is watching sports. If you are looking to purchase an Xbox, go with the series X - you can always buy a external hard drive on sale if you feel you will need additional space down the road - Best Buy always has great sales.

We purchased this for my teenage son as a step up from his old Xbox series for Christmas - getting him the Xbox Series X 1TB All-Digital Console in Robot White.
Performance: The console delivers outstanding graphics and performance. Games load incredibly fast thanks to the 1TB SSD storage and Quick Resume feature. Jumping between games is seamless, and the overall experience feels next-gen. The visuals are stunning with 4K resolution and buttery-smooth frame rates, which really makes games come alive.
Digital Convenience: I love the disc-free design. I was hesitant at first, but having my entire game library accessible digitally is incredibly convenient. Pairing this with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate has been a game-changer, offering a huge variety of titles at my fingertips.
Final Thoughts: The Xbox Series X All-Digital is perfect for those who are all-in on digital gaming and looking for next-gen performance. The visuals, speed, and digital-first approach make it a must-have for any modern gamer.
